How to implement a 4-step framework to increase your team's engagement, retention, and profitability.

COO at Armstrong Watson - "Andre's passion and expertise on retention and workplace culture were evident from the moment he began speaking and his approach to these topics is both innovative and actionable"

I started Thomas Telman in 2015 placing solicitors in private practice as a legal recruitment
company, however in 2019 I stopped all recruitment.

Why?

I wanted to understand the deeper issues firms was experiencing when attracting and
retaining talent.

I became a scientist of workplace cultures for law firms. I interviewed dozens of managing partners, HR directors and practice directors which enabled me to formulate a solution that boosts productivity and prevents quiet quitting before it arises.

I began writing about how firms can improve their people strategy which has led me to be a
speaker and writer for the Law Society and other legal conferences across the UK and US.

My mission is to help law firms increase profits by improving team morale and motivation because it's the most effective way to attract and retain
talent in a tight labour market.
